The annual ferry haul-out dates
are October 19-28. The ferry will be out of service for
the October 22-25 runs. It will be running on the normal
Low Season schedule before and after the haul out.

Parking in Everett
Hat Express embarks and discharges passengers at her berth behind the
Everett Yacht Club Building located at the western most end of 13th street in
Central Docks (blue signage)

Parking for the Hat Island Ferry is according to how long your stay will be on
the Island. You have
three choices as described below.
Up to 72 hours. Free. Park in any slot marked Public
Up to one week. Free, if you register for “Long Term
Parking” at the Marina Office and park in designated long term spaces.
However, each time you move your car you must re-register. Please note that
although the long-term parking option is currently free and unlimited, it is
assumed that as the district begins to develop over the next 4 to 7 years,
changes to their policies are likely to emerge.
Paid Long Term Parking.
The Port of Everett provides 60 long-term
spaces as shown
on the attached sketch. These spaces
are preferred parking and will
only be available to Hat Island Owners who have purchased an annual parking
pass thru the Hat Island Office. For 2015, these
passes cost $225 and there are only 60 passes available. The HIC office
provides the Port with a list of vehicles having purchased these
passes. The Port will patrol, ticket, boot, and tow vehicles parked in this
area without a pass.

ferry captain has final judgment and authority.

arrival in Everett.
