their dependent children to 18 years old.
*Guest: Adult children (over 18), grandparents, brothers, sisters,
in-laws, and all other relations and friends.

Hat Express is available for charter to Hat Island residents and to
the general public.

Parking in Everett (Effective January 15, 2014)
Hat Express embarks and discharges passengers at her berth behind the
Everett Yacht Club Building located at the western most end of 13th street in
Central Docks (blue signage)

Parking for the Hat Island Ferry is according to how long your stay will be on
the Island. You have
three choices as described below.
Up to 72 hours. Free. Park in any slot marked Public
Up to one week. Free, if you register for “Long Term
Parking” at the Marina Office and park in designated long term spaces.
However each time you move your car you must reregister. Please note that
although the long-term parking option is currently free and unlimited, it is
assumed that as the district begins to develop over the next 4 to 7 years,
changes to their policies are likely to emerge.
Paid Long Term Parking.
The port will provide 50 spaces as shown
on the attached sketch. These spaces will be preferred parking and will
only be available to Hat Island Owners who have purchased an annual parking
pass thru the Hat Island Office. For 2014 these
passes will cost $125 and there are only 50 passes available. The Port will
patrol, ticket, boot, and tow vehicles parked in this area without a
pass. We will provide the Port a list of vehicles having purchased these
area for loading/unloading for the ferry is provided in the vicinity of the
Everett Yacht Club building.

ferry captain has final judgment and authority.

fenced area on the NE most corner of the Everett Yacht Club Building. The area will remain locked and the ferry crew will open it upon
arrival in Everett.
